Working Papers/Work Permit
Working papers can be obtained at the Liberty HS Main Office. It is open on Monday-Friday, from 7:30 AM-2:45 PM. They require a parent/guardian and the student present, as well as the student's proof of age (birth certificate, passport, or driver's license are some examples). No appointment is needed; the process takes about 5 minutes to complete. This permit is valid until the student turns 18 years old. It can be used anywhere in Pennsylvania for multiple jobs. -Gain substantial knowledge in how to appropriately document patient history, physical exams, assessments, diagnostic results, medical procedures, treatment plans, medical opinions of consultants, diagnoses, medication/prescription information, and follow-up instructions
-Gain substantial knowledge in how to appropriately document patient history, physical exams, assessments, diagnostic results, medical procedures, treatment plans, medical opinions of consultants, diagnoses, medication/prescription information, and follow-up instructions
-Navigate the facility computer system and electronic medical record

-Monitor pending labs and radiology orders for results to help guide patient care

-Review past history and test results on patients which are critical in driving medical decisions by your provider
