You should have received a letter in USPS mail with information on logging into Synergy ParentVUE.
You will need to activate your account using the directions in the letter.
If you encounter problems activating your account:
Contact the main office of your child’s school OR email basdparenttechhelp@basdschools.org
Provide your full name, your child’s full name, your child’s student ID, the issue you encountered, and screenshots of any on-screen error.
There is an iPhone and Android app available
Register a new student for school
View or update your demographics
Communicate with your child's teachers
View your child's absences and grades
View community service hours (updated at end of each marking period)
Students will be able to access StudentVUE by going directly to the URL or once logged into their Google account - Google Waffle icon.
