Philip Vinogradov is a Google Certified Innovator, Director of Technology, and Instructional Technology Specialist who is passionate about leveraging emerging technologies to support transformative teaching, personalized learning, collaboration, and design thinking. With 20 years of classroom experience, he has led workshops on gamification and challenge based learning at ISTE, PETE&C, Google in Education Summits, and presented on leveraging emerging technologies to transform practice at PETE & C, NAIS, and NSTA conferences.

Before becoming a science teacher, Philip worked as a biologist and extreme diver for the US Fish and Wildlife service. Having followed his passion and curiosity through many careers, Philip continually reminds those he works with that “We cannot teach our students everything, we empower them to learn anything”.
