Borrowing & Returning Books form for Mrs. Markert's Classroom Library

Students may visit Mrs. Markert's classroom library during their scheduled reading times in ELA Skills.
Students must follow the below process.
1. Before visiting Mrs. Markert's classroom library, use the Virtual Classroom Library to view, by topic/genre, all the books that may be available. To search by title or author, use Mrs. Markert's Classroom Library Inventory.
2. Write down (on an index card or small piece of paper) the book title and bin or shelf title of 1 or 2 that you are interested in reading BEFORE going to the shelves.
3. Check the appropriate bin or shelf for your first choice book. If that book is not available, look for another book.
4. After choosing a book and removing it from the bin/shelf, grab a brown envelope and return to your seat.
5. Complete the Borrowing & Returning Books form when borrowing books from AND returning books to Mrs. Markert's classroom library.
