Welcome to first grade! I am so excited to be your teacher this year! This year will be my 8th year at Bellefonte Elementary. I have taught all 8 years in first grade. I cannot wait to get to know you and your learner this year! We will have so much fun and learn a lot of new math concepts, reading strategies, problem solving skills, make friendships, and so much more! 

I live in Pleasant Gap with my husband, Andy, and our 3 kiddos: Maverick - 10, Madalin - 7, and Makenzie - 5. I also have a stepdaughter, Maggie - 15. We enjoy playing games, going for walks, camping, and visiting the beach. Outside of school I enjoy watching my children play sports or participate in their favorite activities, read, and find new gluten free recipes to try!

• Colors: pink and purple

• Food: loaded potatoes/fries

• School Subject: reading

• Drink: depends on the time of day! In the morning is always coffee! Throughout the day/evening is usually water, but I also enjoy tea and diet Pepsi.

• Restaurant: State Burger/Plaza

• Place to shop: Amazon/Target

• School Supply: colored gel pens
