This Branding Fair Use Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which authorized partners, clients, affiliates, and approved businesses (“You” or “Your”) may use the Barters Group name, logos, trademarks, and other brand assets (“Brand Assets”) as part of our umbrella marketing strategy.
By using any Barters Group Brand Assets, you agree to comply with this Agreement.
Barters Group grants limited, non-exclusive, and revocable rights for approved third parties to use its branding in accordance with:
Co-marketing campaigns
Authorized partnership announcements
Platform-based service listings (e.g., Blulite, HotPay, Storilight)
Print, web, or social materials that promote a verified connection with Barters Group
Shared client engagement initiatives, business directories, or joint advertising
The goal is to maintain brand consistency and mutual visibility, while protecting the value and reputation of Barters Group's brand family.
This Agreement applies to:
The name Barters Group
Approved logos, icons, and design marks
Slogans, taglines, or campaign phrases (e.g., “Powered by Barters,” “Part of the Barters Group”)
Brand-affiliated properties (e.g., Blulite, HotPay, Storilight, Hopsiti)
Branded templates or co-branded marketing collateral provided by us
A full set of approved assets may be distributed upon signing a partnership or client agreement.
You may use Barters Group Brand Assets only in ways that:
Accurately represent your authorized relationship with Barters Group
Support co-branded campaigns, digital listings, or product integrations
Acknowledge Barters Group as an umbrella brand or parent platform
Are compliant with the brand guidelines (if issued)
Examples of acceptable use:
“A Proud Partner of Barters Group” on your website
Use of a Barters Group logo in a footer, flyer, or social post highlighting a joint initiative
“Powered by Blulite” tag on business listings or vendor services provided through our network
You may not:
Misrepresent your level of partnership or affiliation
Use Brand Assets in any way that suggests endorsement or ownership beyond agreed terms
Modify, distort, or alter the appearance of logos or names
Use branding in association with content that is illegal, hateful, misleading, defamatory, or harmful
Sell, license, or redistribute Barters Group brand elements to third parties without approval
We reserve the right to review, limit, or revoke brand usage at any time.
All Barters Group Brand Assets remain the sole and exclusive property of Barters Group LLC. Nothing in this Agreement shall be construed as transferring ownership or granting any license other than what is specifically stated.
You agree not to:
Register or claim rights to any Barters Group trademarks or domains
Create confusingly similar branding
Challenge the validity of Barters Group trademarks
This Agreement is effective upon first use of Brand Assets and remains in force until:
Termination of your partnership or client agreement
Revocation by Barters Group at our sole discretion
Violation of brand usage guidelines
Upon termination, you must immediately discontinue all use of Barters Group brand materials and remove them from public-facing materials and platforms.
Barters Group may periodically update brand guidelines or revise logo designs, formats, and usage terms. You agree to promptly update your materials to reflect any such changes.
Barters Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our branding under this Agreement. You assume full responsibility for how our branding is represented in your materials.
By using Barters Group Brand Assets in any media or promotional material, you agree to this Fair Use Agreement and affirm that:
You have read and understood the terms
You are authorized to act on behalf of your business/entity
You will comply with current and future brand guidelines

Social media or business profile links
Notes or tags associated with the contact

By participating in Blulite’s ID verification process, you acknowledge and agree that:
Submission of ID does not guarantee platform access or approval—Blulite reserves the right to deny access for any reason.
Verification may be conducted by third-party services (e.g., identity platforms, OCR vendors), and Blulite disclaims liability for any technical delays, data mismatches, or third-party processing errors.
You submit ID information voluntarily and truthfully, and falsifying identification or using another person’s credentials is strictly prohibited and may result in termination of your account and legal consequences.
The Platform may suspend or restrict services pending verification.
Blulite uses submitted ID information only for legitimate, limited purposes, such as:
Matching identity with registered account information
Internal risk assessment and fraud prevention
Legal compliance (tax reporting, anti-money laundering, etc.)
Granting access to restricted services or business listings
Customer support or dispute resolution
We do not share, sell, or publicly display ID documents.
Blulite retains ID information:
Only as long as necessary to fulfill the verification or legal purpose
In secure, encrypted storage environments
In accordance with retention requirements under applicable law
You may request deletion of your ID information once verification is complete, unless legally prohibited.
We protect your ID information using:
Encryption at rest and in transit
Role-based access control
Data minimization (only necessary data fields are stored)
Use of reputable, compliant verification partners
Despite these safeguards, no system is immune from security risk. You agree that you understand these risks and accept them when submitting ID information.
Users under 18 (or applicable legal age in your jurisdiction) may only submit ID with parental or legal guardian consent. Blulite does not knowingly collect ID from minors without proper authorization.
If you:
Fail to complete the verification process,
Submit invalid or unverifiable documentation, or
Refuse verification when it is required,
Blulite reserves the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate your access to the platform or related services without liability.
We reserve the right to update this Agreement and related policies at any time. Revisions will be posted with a new effective date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

This section outlines the terms under which Blulite, a service of Barters Group LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”), collects, stores, and uses bank account and financial information (“Bank Information”) submitted by users or businesses (“you” or “your”) through the Blulite platform (“Platform”).
By providing your Bank Information, you agree to the terms and conditions described below.
Blulite may collect or process the following types of Bank Information:
Bank account number and routing number
Account holder’s legal name and mailing address
Business name and EIN (if applicable)
Payment method preferences (ACH, wire, debit)
IBAN, SWIFT/BIC, or other international banking codes
Account verification documents (e.g., voided checks, bank statements)
Your Bank Information may be collected and used for:
Facilitating direct deposit payments or withdrawals (e.g., for merchants or service providers)
Subscription billing or invoicing
Verifying business authenticity or financial identity
Processing refunds or cancellations
Enabling Blulite services involving HotPay, Blulite Pro, or third-party payment processors

You submit your Bank Information voluntarily and affirm that it is accurate and belongs to you or your authorized business entity.
Blulite does not store sensitive banking credentials directly on its servers. Bank information is stored securely through vetted, PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors.
Blulite is not liable for losses resulting from false information, third-party payment gateway failures, or unauthorized access that occurs due to negligence on your part (e.g., shared passwords, unsecured devices).
Submission of Bank Information does not obligate Blulite to approve payouts, services, or account features. Additional verification may be required.
We protect your Bank Information by:
Encrypting all financial data during transmission
Storing data with PCI-compliant payment processors and not directly on our core application database
Limiting access to authorized personnel only
Using tokenization where applicable (e.g., Stripe, Plaid, or banking APIs)
We partner only with processors that follow industry-standard best practices for financial data protection.
We may share your Bank Information only when:

This Intellectual Property & Copyright Terms of Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the rights, responsibilities, and legal protections related to content, trademarks, and other intellectual property used on or submitted to the Blulite platform (“Platform”), operated by Barters Group LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using Blulite, you (“User” or “you”) agree to the following terms regarding ownership, licensing, usage, and protection of intellectual property.
All content made available on the Blulite Platform — including but not limited to:
Text, logos, graphics, UI/UX design, icons
Software, code, and APIs
Videos, images, and digital media
Business processes, modules, and systems
Brand identity elements (e.g., “Blulite", "Hopsiti", “HotPay”, “Storilight”, etc.)
— is the exclusive property of Barters Group LLC, its licensors, or content providers, and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
If you upload, publish, or submit any content to Blulite (e.g., business listings, reviews, media files, posts, or brand assets), you:
Affirm that you own or have legal rights to use the content
Grant Blulite a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and use the content as part of the Platform’s services and promotions
Understand that Blulite may moderate, remove, or restrict content that violates platform policies, laws, or intellectual property rights
You retain ownership of your content but grant us limited rights to use it within the scope of the Blulite platform.
You may not:
Copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on Blulite’s proprietary content
Use Blulite trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written permission
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from Blulite’s platform or tools

By using the Blulite platform (“Platform”), you agree to the terms and conditions below.
Identity theft includes, but is not limited to:
Creating an account using another individual’s or entity’s personal, legal, or business information without authorization
Using another person’s name, photo, government-issued ID, business license, or financial credentials fraudulently
Posing as another person or business to access, alter, or defraud users or the platform
Gaining unauthorized access to someone else’s Blulite account, data, or profile
Such activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination, criminal investigation, and civil liability.
As a user of Blulite, you agree to:
Provide truthful, accurate, and verifiable information when creating and maintaining your account
Never impersonate another individual, company, or brand
Protect your account login credentials and notify Blulite immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
Cooperate with any investigation related to identity theft or impersonation claims
Use your real identity or the identity you are legally authorized to represent
You are solely responsible for any activity conducted through your account unless proven otherwise.
Blulite reserves the right to:
Investigate all allegations or evidence of identity theft, impersonation, or unauthorized use of information
Suspend, restrict, or terminate any account suspected of fraudulent activity
Request verification documentation (e.g., government-issued ID, business license, EIN, utility bill) to confirm ownership of personal or business accounts
Report suspected identity theft to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
Take legal action, including civil litigation, against users who knowingly commit fraud or impersonation on the Platform
Blulite is not responsible for losses or damages incurred due to identity theft unless caused by its own negligence or breach of data security obligations.
Blulite will make reasonable efforts to prevent identity theft, including the use of security protocols, verification tools, and user safeguards. However:
Blulite does not guarantee protection against all forms of impersonation or fraud and disclaims liability for identity theft unless directly resulting from our willful misconduct, negligence, or data breach.
You use the platform at your own risk and should take personal measures to secure your devices, passwords, and sensitive information.
If you believe your identity has been used fraudulently on Blulite:

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Barters Group LLC is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in that state unless otherwise required by law.
