Teen Invitational Winners

Every year Mass MoCA holds a show of student artwork in grades 8-12 from local area schools . This year artwork was exhibited from April 29th - May 1st. The goal of the Teen Invitational is to reach all students who are engaged by art and who have made excellent work, inside or outside of school settings. A panel of MASS MoCA staff, area artists, and teachers juried the work. Cash prizes were awarded to the schools’ art departments as well as Mass MoCA family memberships for the students.

This year we had 50 BART students, grade 8-12 exhibited work. 12 students were awarded Gold Awards, and 1 student was awarded the grand prize. The winners' work can be found below.
