Locally Organized Trainings

1 Our LOT program is designed to deliver soft and hard skills trainings to employees. The trainings are organized fully by the HR team.

2 We cooperate with two companies: KM Studio and Altkom.

3 Trainings are organized in Polish, but there is a possibility to organize training in English. In this situation, the employees are responsible for gathering the group of 8 employees who agree to have the training in English.

4 If there are more than 8 employees interested in the training, the HR team proceeds organization with the provider.

5 The duration of the training depends on the number of participants. (ie, it may be longer than the planned time because of more participants)

6 Before employee signs up on the training, he/she should discuss it with the manager and receive approval. Only Manager can sign in his/her team members

7 If someone has to unsubscribe from the training after the deadline (two weeks before the training), one must find a person who will take part in substitute training. Otherwise, the team will bear the costs associated with the training.
