FAQ

Once you find building part B on Wólczańska 180 Street, you need to enter the building through the main doors. On the left you will see the reception of the building. Please introduce yourself and inform them that it is your first day at Barry Callebaut. Then you have to use the lift and go to 4th floor. When you enter our floor, please call us through the doorbell - our receptionists will guide you through next steps.

As a must-have you need three things:

1. Medical examination

2. Filled documents sent by HR 

3. Previous work certificates and diplomas

4. Positive attitude ;)

It's not a problem at all. We know that sometimes you have to wait for work certificate about a week or two. We can update them later.

If you don't know how to fill some documents just ask a HR team member. We will explain the purpose of document.

If you know that some documents are not applying to you - just sign it with your name, surname and cross the rest. We will know that you have received the document but it's not applicable.

 In BC we are on a first-name basis. If that's ok for you, we will switch to first-name basis during your first day.

We don't have any dress code policy. We believe that each of us can dress accordingly to the situation without the policy. On a daily basis, most of us wear something comfortable, jeans and a t-shirt with a favorite inscription will be in order. Formal clothes are only required during our Christmas Eve Party.

Unfortunately despite a very great location in the center of Łódź, the parking areas are rather limited. There is a parking below our building, but all parking spots are already booked, so we are not able to buy more. Our employees mostly find the parking spot on the parking or streets near the company.
