Language Courses

All language courses shall be closely related to the duties and the individual development plan (IDP) of each course participant.

Every employee of Barry Callebaut SSC Europe Sp. z o.o. may participate in the language course. Deciding to participate in a language course, the employee shall accept these Terms and Conditions of Language Courses and undertake to respect them.

Before the commencement of a language course, the participant’s application must be confirmed (in a written or electronic form) by the immediate superior and forwarded to the local HR Department.

The employer shall decide on forming a language group based on the current business needs and the number of employees interested in participation.

Each participant may participate in 2 trial lessons of a given language course in order to verify their knowledge and suitability of the group. Should the participant decide not to continue after these 2 trial lessons, the immediate superior and the HR department must be notified without delay.
