We will set up a call to chat to you and just get to know you a little better. This is an informal chat that wich helps to introduce evreyone to one another

MEET & GREET

As much as video calls are efficient - there is nothing like real face time. We like to meet you in person and have a coffee.

We may have a few of these to ensure you meet the right people without crowding the room.

TESTING THE WATER

If your role requires you perform on a particular skill set or capability we may ask you to take part in a small 'challenge' to showcase your capabilities n the specific role.

FINAL CONNECT

If all goes well we have a final connect with yourself and the broader team to ensure all i's are dotted and t's are crossed.
