Some personal hygiene products
Scoliosis screenings
Coordinate with counselors and teachers for health plans and 504 plans
Things parents NEED to know about the clinic:
ALL MEDICATION- BOTH OVER THE COUNTER AND PRESCRIPTION MUST BE SIGNED OFF BY DOCTOR (forms on link below)
Over the counter ointments, creams, topicals, eye or nose drops ARE medications.
A new form must be filled out EVERY new school year, even if medication was given the
year prior
A doctor's note must be on file for students to carry inhalers
The clinic is run on donated supplies and any donations would be greatly appreciated

Just a friendly reminder:students that bring phones to school must put them in their locker unless their teacher has given permission to use phone in class. I am not going to look for missing phones when they are not stored correctly.
