WHAT IS A NON-RECURRING OPERATIONAL REFERENDUM?

A district may seek to exceed the state-controlled revenue limit for operating expenses.
Non-recurring means there is a specific time period with a start/end date.

Barneveld School District is one of only 75 school districts in Wisconsin since 1992 that has NOT asked taxpayers to exceed the revenue limit for an Operational Referendum.
