You can contact us in several ways, we find the most popular is to visit our showroom on the market place of Harleston and speak with our friendly staff. Other ways are by email or telephone. At this point one of our knowledgeable staff will listen to your requirements, and, more often than not, load you up with a variety of brochures for you to look at the vast options available to start the process of transforming your bathroom.Home visit
This is the stage where we come to you. Nick who is one of the directors will visit you and go through all the measurements, listening to your ideas, all the time building a picture of what you would like the end result to be. With his vast knowledge and experience he can quite often suggest ideas that you may have thought were not possible. This process also enables us to assess all the existing pipe work and oddities to ensure an accurate quotation.First stage quotation
After Nick's visit he returns to the office and works through his findings with our in store team. This is now where they work their magic building your specific quote taking all of Nick's visit notes and preparing your quote and CAD image. At this stage we fully understand that the vast options can be quite intimidating therefore this is our initial interpretation of your ideal bathroom.In store discussion to finalise quotation
Upon receiving your quote we like you to visit the showroom to sit down and discuss with us your options, we will then show you the specific items that have been listed and give you the opportunity to either love what we have come up with or hate it !!! This is the stage where you can tailor your budget by upgrading to the image of that swanky hotel you stayed in last or look for a more conservative budget without compromising on looks - we are here to help with that too. By now we have created the perfect bathroom for you to either lay back and relax in or to maximise your busy bathroom to its full potential.Diary date
Still working to make the journey as smooth and simple as possible, we discuss diary dates. Having lots of experience working in people's homes we understand that sometimes getting away whilst the work is being carried out is just what is required. We can book your slot around you, all we ask at this stage, is a deposit to secure your date.Job completion
This is the point where we leave you to relax and enjoy your new bathroom. As we leave, we ensure you are happy with all of the work carried out, we clear all of the rubbish and old fittings leaving you with nothing but a smile.

This is your chance to explain to one of our experienced members of the team the exact job you would like us to do for you, this could be something as small as painting a room , to sitting down and going through the plans for your new home and anything in between. Together we have many years of experience. By us adding this personal touch of visiting you in your home, you can feel comfortable in asking those questions that may have been confusing you, our advice is completely free!Quotation
We will take all of the information we have gathered from you and start to build a quotation, working with our suppliers we aim to get you the best possible price without compromising on the finish. This will then be emailed over giving you the chance to review, ask questions, change or accept. Our aim is for you to fully understand the whole process and feel comfortable with the price, plan and procedure.Diary date
Once you are fully satisfied with your quotation, we can arrange a date to suit you, the job and sometimes the weather, so you can sit back and relax in the knowledge you have chosen a company you feel comfortable with. We can and will organise as little or as much that is needed to complete your work to the highest standard, this can include different trades or governing bodies depending on the work being carried out. All we ask at this stage is a deposit to secure your project start date.Job completion
The job is finished, the dust has gone and you are left to enjoy your completed project. On leaving we make sure you are completely satisfied and happy and just like that we are gone. This is the stage where more often than not you find yourselves popping back in to the showroom for a coffee and a chat, as you have missed our upbeat friendly staff around your property. :-)Report abuse
