The conference will be held at Bard College in Annandale-on-Hudson, New York (Google map). The Bard campus is a small liberal arts institution with a storied musical history (including the Bard Summerscape opera program and the John Cage Trust). The school is located in the Hudson Valley, a rural setting approximately two hours north of New York City.

From New York City airports
NYC area airports: JFK, La Guardia, or Newark airport

From Albany airport
Fly to Albany International Airport.
The trip from Albany airport to Bard is about one hour by car.
Housing
Housing will be available in campus dorms (rates will be announced by March 2026), which will be walkable to the conference. The college will have dining, cafe, and other services available.
Additional hotels are available off-campus in Rhinebeck and Kingston, NY (10-15 minute drives to campus). These locations have stores, restaurants, and amenities, but will require the participant to have a car.
Amenities Off-Campus
The closest towns to the Bard campus are Red Hook and Rhinebeck. Both are accessible by car (about 10 minutes from campus). Both towns have pharmacy, grocery, restaurants/cafes. The nearest urgent care and hospital is located in Rhinebeck.
