Welcome to our Class!!
My name is Debbie Schwerdtfeger. I am a first grade teacher at Barberton West Elementary. I have been teaching in the Barberton City Schools since 1993. I attended the University of Akron, where I received my B.A. and Masters in Education. I am married with two children and have a big lovable dog. I enjoy watching my two children play soccer and volleyball. My favorite thing about teaching is watching my students learn to be readers, writers, and little mathematicians:).
