Mrs. Thomas has had the privilege of teaching general music in the Barberton City School District since 2015. She taught grades Kindergarten through 4th grade at Barberton East Elementary and has been the general music teacher at Barberton Primary School since 2022. She holds a Bachelor of Music Education from Kent State University (vocal/instrumental) and a Bachelor of Art in Music (instrumental) from the University of Akron.
Mrs. Thomas enjoys teaching general music education, directing the elementary winter and spring concerts with her students, and showcasing her choir at the Tri Arts Festival every spring.
