About Mrs. korish

Hi, I’m Morgan Korish, and I have the pleasure of teaching Science 7, Biology, and Anatomy & Physiology for my fourth year at Bangor. I earned my degree in Biology Education and Broadfield Science from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse in 2021, with a minor in Chemistry Education. I later completed my Master of Education degree at UW-Stevens Point.

Before joining this amazing team, I taught for two years at Onalaska Middle School. I'm passionate about making science engaging and accessible to all my students, and I love helping them explore the world around them through hands-on learning.

On a personal note, I’m married to my wonderful husband, Ryan. Outside of teaching, we enjoy a variety of outdoor activities including hunting, fishing, hiking, and going to the racetrack. We also love traveling and spending quality time with our friends, family, and our pets – a dog and a cat. 

This year we will also be welcoming a new addition to our family. Baby Korish is due in November. I will be taking an extend maternity leave once the baby arrives. I am sure my long term substitutes will do a wonderful job for the remainder of the school year.n
