What's the Difference?

• Sponsorships:

  • Minimum Contribution: $50 (can be greater than $50!)

  • Recognition: Sponsor's name/business will appear on our team t-shirts.

  • Example: Mix Farm & Greenhouses

• Donations:

  • Any Amount: Contributions of any size are welcome.

  • Recognition: Donor names will not be included on t-shirts.

  • Example: Grandma and Papa Mix

How to Ask for a Sponsorship

• Make a list of businesses or people you may know like family, friends, workplaces, favorite restaurants, salons, dentists, barbers, etc.

• Go in person when possible. Wear a pom shirt or bobcat spirit gear and bring a printed sponsorship form.

• If they say yes, fill out the form together, collect payment (or share the online link), and thank them sincerely!

• Turn in completed forms and payments to Coach Indee. You do not need to complete a paper form if the sponsor pays online.

How to Collect a Sponsorship

There are three ways your sponsor can pay:

• Online (preferred!) - Credit card, no paper form needed, donor fills out their info digitally.

• Cash - Turn in to Coach Indee at practice along with the paper sponsorship form.

• Check - Made out to CMMS Pompon, turned in with the paper sponsorship form.

Online Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Visit the Vanco Events Link

2. Click "Purchase Now" in the top right corner.

   • This will take you to the ticket selection page.

3. Choose Your Support Type

   • You'll see two options:

     1. CMMS Pompon Sponsorship – $50 minimum

        • Add one sponsorship "ticket" to your cart for every $50 donated (e.g. two tickets = $100 sponsorship)

     2. CMMS Pompon Donation – Any amount

        • Select the donation "ticket", these tickets are listed as $0.

        • After adding to your cart, scroll down to the "Donation Amount" field and enter your desired donation.

4. Fill Out Required Information During Checkout

   • For all support types, you'll also enter The name of the Pommer (student) you are sponsoring or donating on behalf of.

   • If you selected a sponsorship, you'll be asked to enter Name or Company Name to be displayed on the back of our team shirts.

5. Complete Your Payment
