Each year IBA recognizes three outstanding Administrators/Activities Director in the state of Iowa.  One is selected from each of the following categories:

• Middle School/Junior High

• High School

• Superintendent

If you have an administrator that you would like to recognize please fill out the form below! You will need TWO letters of recommendation - one from a teacher and the other from a parent or administrator. The deadline for completion is March 6, 2026.

Each administrator selected for the award, a guest, and a nominating director will be invited to the IBA Awards Banquet to accept the award at the Downtown Des Moines Marriott.
