BISD requires that each athlete has an updated physical prior to the beginning of each school year. You can download the physical form by clicking the button below.
Athletic Participation forms must be completed before your student athletes begins their first day of practice or first day of school, whichever comes first. If you have any questions, please contact Doc Martinez.
