Internship - based in LA
YOU WILL
Support the scouting & acquisition of new talent
Assist with artist communication & day-to-day coordination
Monitor & analyze music trends across platforms (TikTok, Spotify etc.)
Organize & help run writing sessions & studio time
Maintain & update artist folders & demo databases
Assist in reviewing & providing feedback on incoming demos
Participate in live shows, showcases or networking events (when applicable)
YOUR PROFILE
First experience or strong interest in A&R, music management or talent development
Excellent instinct for talent with international breakout potential
Up-to-date on global music trends, emerging genres & relevant platforms
Strong organizational& communication skills
Ability to work independently
Passion for music, pop culture & the creative industry
Fluent in English (spoken & written), other languages such as Spanish, Korean, French are a plus
Based in or able to work from LA

Full-time - based in LA/ Berlin
YOU WILL
Oversee, execute & analyze marketing campaigns & release strategies using data-driven insights
Manage digital & physical product releases for both national & international markets
Develop creative, innovative campaigns based on best practises, data & trends
Collaborate with external partners (managers, distributors, DSPs, agencies)
Build & maintain strong relationships within the music industry
Plan budgets & monitor adherence
YOUR PROFILE
At least 2 years of relevant experience in product management & an established network in the (US) music industry
Independent, goal-orientated & proactive working style & analytical mindset
Strong creative sense for release strategies & product positioning
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in German/ English (spoken & written)
Strong interest in tech & digital tools
Flexibility & adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Good sense for structure, timing & teamwork
Tech-savvy
Fluent in English (spoken & written), German is a plus (not required tho)
Based in or able to work from the US (remote/ hybrid depending on location)
