This out of pocket service acts to bridge the gap for clients who want to continue working on their body, especially after completing a rehabilitation program, finishing physical therapy, or simply wanting to maintain their fitness level.
One-on-One: Our programs are provided by Physical and Occupational Therapists with specialized training on helping you meet and keep your fitness goals. All sessions are always single one on one.
Individualized: We don’t believe in a “cookie cutter” approach to wellness. Your therapist will focus on your specific priorities, both in the big picture and during each session. As a cash-pay service, Healthy Fit offers unparalleled flexibility. Schedule sessions as frequently as you like, from once a month to several times a week.
