Welcome!
My name is Kaili Wenell and I am a first grade teacher at Ballard West Elementary. I graduated in 2019 from Iowa State (Go Cyclones!) with a degree in Early Childhood Education and endorsements in reading and special education. I love teaching because I have the best students that make each day so fun and meaningful. My top priority is that each of my students feel loved and celebrated in our classroom.
I live in Bondurant with my husband, Reuben, who is also a teacher, and our children Beckham and Laney. When I am not at school, I love to spend time with my family, play with my kids, listen to live music and attend ISU games.
