“The Fault In Our Stars” by John green is a book that I enjoyed reading. It is a romance novel. “The Fault In Our Stars” is about 2 teenagers who eventually fall in love with each other. They met at a Cancer Kid Support Group and bond over their illness. Hazel has lung Cancer while Augustus had a leg amputation due to his Cancer. One day during her Cancer Support group she sees Augustus (but she doesn't know him yet), he keeps staring at her, never looking away. Unbeknownst to her, Augustus starts falling in love. After the Support Group Augustus invites her over and they start regularly hanging out (as friends). Will it become more? I enjoyed this book, I was uninterested at the start but it got better as I read more. This book had some challenging words in it and interesting topics. I recommend this book to people who like romance, as it is mainly of the genre of romance. (Amerie. Grade 8)

The book 'The Fault In Our Stars' by John Green is a Realistic Fiction and Romance book about a girl named Hazel Grace with cancer (thyroid cancer) and a boy named Augustus Waters with cancer (osteosarcoma). Their paths crossed when they were at a cancer support group. Hazel Grace is obsessed with a book called An Imperial Affliction by Peter Van Houten, the book is about a girl named Anna with a rare blood cancer. As the story goes on Hazel Grace and Augustus Waters fall in love. I really recommend this book because it is touching and also a bit sad. I would say that this book is for 11+ because it includes some sensitive and mature topics. (Mandalay. Grade 7)

The book “The fault in our stars” is a beautiful story with an awesome amount of romance and tragedy (sadness), and it is such a genuine and sweet story in my opinion. This is a story about a girl named Hazel who got diagnosed with cancer and is put in a support group for cancer kids to help cheer them up a bit, but she refuses to attend to it until one day she ran into a boy, and they suddenly become friends, they get closer and soon friends turn into lovers. Now if you read this book, you will feel a whole lot of emotions because one second you are sad and the next you find the story sweet and happy, which for me I love. I totally recommend this book to people who like romance. It is a great book. (Lilly. Grade 7)

I didn't enjoy "The Fault in our Stars" by John Green. The story is about a 16-year-old girl who has cancer. The book follows her daily struggles and how she thought going to a Cancer Kid Support Group was a waste of time until she meets another cancer patient with whom she eventually falls in love. The story also explains how the couple goes to the Netherlands to meet their favorite author. But will this person be as nice as they expected? I didn't particularly like this book. It is rather slow-paced, about a sad topic, and includes some swearing. I would recommend it for people who enjoy slow-paced books in the genre of romance and for grades no lower than 6 because its theme may not be appropriate for younger ages. (Nina. Grade 8)

The Fault in Our Stars by John Green is a book about a girl named Hazel. She was diagnosed with cancer a few years back and joined the Cancer Kid Support Group. Hazel spent most of her time reading An Imperial Affliction over and over again. Until one day, she meets someone who visits the Cancer Kid Support Group, who is unforgettable, Augustus Waters. He is surviving from cancer too, just like Hazel. They bond over each other and their love grows every day. Since Hazel desperately wants to visit Amsterdam, The Netherlands to meet her favorite author of all time, they go on a trip. There, the author isn’t who they thought he was, Augustus reveals that he was diagnosed with another type of cancer and Hazel is depressed. Will they still be able to endure their love? Will Augustus’ health be normal again? This book has the genre of Romance and Adventure and the vocabulary isn’t that hard, but also includes swearing. I recommend this book to people who want to read a heartwarming and romance-genre novel. (Ahyun. Grade 8)

The Fault in Our Stars, a book by John Green, is the one I read. This book falls under the romance and fiction categories.

Because it was a little too romantic, I rated it a 4/5 instead of a 5/5.

and gave it a 2/5 reading difficulty.

The main character of the story is a young adolescent girl who joins a cancer support group after learning she has lung cancer. 16-year-old Hazel Grace is anxious to attend the cancer support group but soon comes to the conclusion that she made the right decision. Augustus Waters, a young man Hazel encounters, has been identified as having osteosarcoma cancer. They then set out on a quest to track down the author of "An Imperial Affliction," their favorite novel on cancer, in order to learn the resolution of the story.

I highly suggest you read it if you are a romantic book lover, in my opinion, this is a great book with a very interesting story.
