The Alumni Meet 2023 at Bala Vidya Mandir Sr. Sec School was held on Saturday, 16 December, 2023. The event brought together a diverse gathering of alumni, retired faculty and members of the school administration.

The day commenced with a soulful invocation, setting a reflective and spiritual tone for the proceedings. Attendees were welcomed by heartfelt speeches from the school management committee, with Dr. D K Hari, Secretary, Bala Brindavan Society and Mrs. Ramadevi, Member, Bala Brindavan Society, gracing the occasion.

The students of primary sang Bhajans and the students of class 11 performed a classical dance, expertly choreographed to depict Lord Shiva and the five elements of nature. A few more performances were soothing instrumentals played by students of classes 7 to 9.

The alumni were then engaged in a series of fun games designed to evoke cherished memories of their school days. Laughter, friendship, and a sense of shared history permeated the atmosphere as former classmates reunited and reminisced.

The event concluded with a call to action for alumni to stay connected and contribute to the alma mater. The importance of ‘giving back’ to the school was emphasised. The day ended on a note of gratitude, with attendees expressing appreciation for the enriching experience and the opportunity to reconnect with their roots.
