The minimum age to rent is 25
Maximum occupancy is 8.
AQUA is a SMOKE AND VAPE FREE RESORT. This includes but is not limited to all common areas, the parking garage, and the individual unit balconies. If caught smoking or vaping on the property, you may be fined.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Please do not sit on the furniture or beds with wet clothing, swimsuits, or with sunscreen/self-tanner applied as it will damage or ruin the furniture and linens.
Do not apply sunscreen inside the unit or on the balcony.
Please do not drape wet towels or clothing over the balcony rails.
It is illegal in the State of Florida to drop or throw anything from balconies or walkways. Violators are subject to immediate eviction and forfeiture of all rents and deposits.
Be courteous to neighbors in the condo, at the pool, and on the beach. Refrain from playing excessively loud or offensive music.
