We're hiring RBTs to provide in-home and community-based behavior support for children and teens. This is a great fit for someone who’s kind, dependable, and open to learning in a growing, flexible environment.

• Work 1:1 with clients using ABA strategies

• Follow treatment plans created by your BCBA

• Collect data and document sessions

• Support families respectfully in everyday routines

• Stay in communication with your BCBA and the team

• Active RBT certification (or willing to get certified)

• Experience with kids, teens, or neurodiverse clients

• Reliable, flexible, and open to feedback

• Great communication and people skills

• $22–$30/hour (based on experience)
