We're hiring RBTs to provide in-home and community-based behavior support for children and teens. This is a great fit for someone who’s kind, dependable, and open to learning in a growing, flexible environment.

Work 1:1 with clients using ABA strategies
Follow treatment plans created by your BCBA
Collect data and document sessions
Support families respectfully in everyday routines
Stay in communication with your BCBA and the team
Active RBT certification (or willing to get certified)
Experience with kids, teens, or neurodiverse clients
Reliable, flexible, and open to feedback
Great communication and people skills
Passionate about helping families thrive
$22–$30/hour (based on experience)
