Student reports are issued four times within the academic year with details of the academic achievements or areas of improvement. Parents receive the report in their email accounts which is recorded in the application form during admission.

After issuing the reports, BOS conducts Parent-Teacher Conferences (PTC). These meetings enable parents to speak to the homeroom or subject teachers one to one and discuss the academic needs of their child (ren). If the parent cannot turn up for a meeting he/she can arrange an individual meeting with the teacher via the divisional secretaries with advance notice at any convenient time for both teacher and parent during the school day.
