Baker High School Computer Science Department (“We”) operates the BHS VR Art Museum application (the "App") for Meta Horizon OS devices. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains our practices regarding user information.
We do not collect, store, log, monitor, or share any personal data or user data.
When you use the App, we do not request, access, or retain any information about you, including but not limited to:
Personal Identifiers: Names, email addresses, usernames, Meta Horizon profile data, or contact details.
Device Data: IP addresses, MAC addresses, device IDs, or hardware configurations.
Tracking & Analytics: We do not use any third-party analytics SDKs, tracking pixels, or telemetry tools to monitor your behavior or usage patterns within the App.
Biometric or Sensor Data: Although the App runs on Meta Horizon OS, we do not access or store hand-tracking data, eye-tracking data, or audio/video recordings from your headset's sensors.
The App operates entirely locally on your Meta Quest/Horizon device. Any gameplay progression, settings, or configurations are saved strictly to your local device storage and are not transmitted to us.
Because the App is distributed through the Meta Horizon platform, Meta Platforms Technologies, LLC ("Meta") may collect device data, performance data, and system logs required to run and maintain applications on their operating system.
Any data collected by the operating system or the storefront is governed exclusively by the Supplemental Meta Platforms Technologies Privacy Policy. We do not have access to, nor do we control, the data collected by Meta.
Because we do not collect or retain any of your data, we have no user data to delete. However, if you wish to remove all locally stored application configurations or saved data from your device, you may do so at any time by:
Navigating to your Meta Quest/Horizon system settings.
Selecting Storage.
Finding BHS VR Art Museum and selecting Delete App Data (or by uninstalling the application entirely).
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Because the App collects no data, any future updates will likely only reflect changes in platform requirements or regulatory compliance.
If you have any questions or concerns about this Privacy Policy, or if you would like to formally request confirmation regarding your data privacy, please contact us at:
