Your business has been operating before Jan. 27th 2020
Your business is located in Harris County
You have less than 25 employees
Your business was affected by COVID
You must be current on, or a payment plan for, Local Harris County business and personal property taxes
Your personal net income must not exceed $1.32 million annually

Step 1: Application (Part 1) – Questions
Fill out a short intake with a few questions. Your responses will help us determine preliminary eligibility.
✅ If you meet the initial requirements, you’ll be invited to complete Part 2 of the application.
❌ If you don’t meet the eligibility, your application will be denied
Step 2: Application (Part 2) – Submit Documentation
If you’re approved from Part 1, you’ll need to submit documents for verification.
Have these documents ready:
Business taxes Schedule C, K1, or Form 1120-S (last 5 years)
2020, 2021, 2022, 2023 AND 2024
Personal Income Tax: Form 1040 (2024)
LLC Formalization / DBA / Certificate of Incorporation
Copy of Lease Agreement or Utility Bill (business address)
Tax Wage Statement: Form 940 or 941
Driver’s License Photo
Step 3: Approval & Start Technical Assistance
Once your documentation is reviewed and your application is fully approved, you’re ready to begin your 30 hours of FREE technical assistance!
Step 4: Completion of 30 hours of Technical Assistance
Once you complete your 30 hours of Technical Assistance, your application will be sent to Harris County for final approval.
Step 3: Approval & Start Technical Assistance
Once your documentation is reviewed and your application is fully approved, you’re ready to begin your 30 hours of FREE technical assistance!
You can complete your technical assistance hours in the following ways:
One on one coaching sessions
Group Sessions
Verizon Platform (up to 10 hours only)
