We will be utilizing the cafeterias at both Cramer Junior High School and Garber High School for sign-in the morning of the conference. All participants will need to sign-in upon arrival. Participants will receive a folder for the day containing an agenda, notes pages, and other information. Light breakfast items will be available for participants. For our staff members being transported via the Essexville-Hampton Public Schools Transportation Department, you will be dropped off at the building where you will be signing in. Sign-in for the conference will be as outlined in the chart to the right. Once participants have signed in, they should proceed to the first breakout session on their schedule.
As mentioned in the conference booklet, lunches will be available at both Garber High School and Cramer Junior High School. Participants need to pick up their lunch from the building where they are attending Breakout Session B. Once staff members have picked up lunch, seating will be available at both buildings and outdoors. Lunch arrangements will be made based on the Session B counts at each building so it is important to pick up your lunch at the building where you have completed Breakout Session B. Again, once you have picked up your lunch, there are several lunch-time activities and both buildings are available. Thank you very much for your assistance! As with the Fall Conference 2016, we have allowed for a 60-minute lunch break to maximize networking. There is also a passing time between lunch and the Session C Breakouts.
