Good Will Works is the latest evolution of our charitable arm. It has helped us go beyond our original mission of shelter and move towards strengthening communities and empowering homeownership so that the people who live there can lead healthy and prosperous lives. It's why we approach giving back in three tiers: as individuals, as offices and as a company - and it's how the HomeEasier Workshops came to be.

As a company our focus is on funding local organizations that work in three main areas: fair housing, racial equity and financial empowerment. Our hope is to provide more opportunities for everyone to understand how to achieve and maintain homeownership.

And we know we can make a lasting impact when we partner with organizations on the front lines of helping our communities. This is why we are working with the YWCA Chicago and Spanish Coalition for Housing through our HomeEasier Workshops.

The Baird family has a strong history of being committed to helping communities across Chicagoland, and that commitment continues today. On top of our regular funding, the Baird family has pledged to donate every year to the Good Will Works fund to directly support three causes: financial empowerment, fair housing initiatives and racial equity.
