You’re already volunteering your time and donating money to the causes that are important to you — we want to help you make an even bigger impact, all year long with $100,000 set aside for matching grants. It can be housing, the environment, animals or something else entirely — as long as it is a 501(c)(3). Just make sure you're already opted in to support Good Will Works and make an even bigger impact with our matching programs.

Volunteer Grants

When you volunteer your time at a 501(c)(3) nonprofit of your choice, Good Will Works will convert your volunteer time into a monetary donation* at a rate of $25 per hour, up to $500 a year**. That means you’re able to have an even bigger impact on the causes that matter most to you. For employees, Volunteer Time Off requested through time and attendance cannot be submitted for matching dollars.

All you have to do is fill out this proof of service form and submit it here to have your hours counted for the match.

Monetary Grants

When you donate a minimum of $50 to any 501(c)(3) nonprofit of your choice, Good Will Works will match* it dollar-for-dollar, up to $500 a year**. To have your donation matched, just fill out this form and attach a copy of the receipt for your donation***.

You can even combine the two programs and have both monetary donations and volunteer time matched. The yearly maximum match per person is $500 for either program or a combination of the two.

Click here to visit our FAQs and read all the requirements.

In order to participate in matching grants, you must be opted-in to support Good Will Works. If you are an agent, you are automatically opted in. If you have any questions regarding this, please talk to your manager. If you would like to begin contributing, please click here

**There is a $100,000 limit to fund our matching programs.

**All matches must be submitted by December 13th.

We want you to have the time to serve organizations that matter to you, which is why we offer VTO to all full-time Baird & Warner employees.

You can use up to 16 hours (2 days) per calendar year to volunteer with an organization or project that is important to you, whether it is a Good Will Works organized project or something on your own.

All you have to do is discuss it with your manager and request VTO time through ADP. If you're looking for an organization, you can check Chicagocares.org and Volunteermatch.org
