Enrolling new students at BISD will be done completely online through our BISD Ascender ParentPortal program.
A valid email address for parent/guardian is required.

Documentation REQUIRED FOR ALL Elementary/Secondary NEW TO THE DISTRICT registration:
Child’s Original Birth Certificate (Order a certified birth certificate at Texas.gov)
Current Proof of Residency (electric bill, water bill, or lease agreement) BISD will not accept cable, phone, gas, etc.
Immunization Records (Required Immunizations)
Child’s Original Social Security Card
Parent/Guardian valid/unexpired government issued photo id, such as passport, driver’s license or state ID.
If you are new to Baird ISD, you will need to create an Ascender ParentPortal Account.
Once you are on our Ascender ParentPortal page, click on "Create Account" and follow the on screen instructions.
If you already have an Ascender ParentPortal account, log onto your account, go to “My Account” then click “Enroll a New Student”.
After you create your ParentPortal Account, you will then go to "My Account" and then click on "Enroll a New Student".

When you are logged onto your ParentPortal account, you can always click on the "?" button in the upper right hand corner of the page to get Help with any part of your ParentPortal. :-)
