If your child attended Pre-K at Baird ISD during the 2022-2023 school year, you will follow the Returning Student Registration steps.
To attend kindergarten in the 2023-2024 school year, students must be five years of age or older on or before September 1, 2023.
Documentation REQUIRED FOR ALL Elementary/Secondary NEW TO THE DISTRICT registration:
Child’s Original Birth Certificate (Order a certified birth certificate at Texas.gov)
Current Proof of Residency (electric bill, water bill, or lease agreement) BISD will not accept cable, phone, gas, etc.
Immunization Records (Required Immunizations)
Child’s Original Social Security Card
Parent/Guardian valid/unexpired government issued photo id, such as passport, driver’s license or state ID.
