Hello Families! WELCOME to Bagley High School!
To enroll a new student please follow the steps below.
STEP 1:
Download and complete the Enrollment Forms below and submit via email to: cham@bagley.k12.mn.us

STEP 2:
Review 2 documents as a reminder of rules and procedures: BHS Student Handbook and BHS Device Handbook.
STEP 3:
Acknowledgement of the handbooks and code of conduct paperwork will be sent to you for completion digitally.
The student insurance fee is $50.00 per student $20.00 if the family fills out Free/Reduced forms whether they qualify or not. Please fill out the paperwork as this improves our school's funding! The student fee can be paid online or at the BHS Office.
STEP 3:
Complete two Educational Benefits forms. (These forms also available at Open House!)
Free & Reduced Application: Can be completed online: Free and Reduced Application or Printed : Free and Reduced Application (pdf)
Complete the Confidentiality Form: Confidentiality Form (pdf) complete and turn in to BES Office.
