Bagley High School New Student Enrollment Forms

Hello Families! WELCOME to Bagley High School!

To enroll a new student please follow the steps below.

STEP 1:
Download and complete the Enrollment Forms below and submit via email to: cham@bagley.k12.mn.us

Ethnic and Racial Demographic Designation Form

STEP 2:
Review 2 documents to get acclimated to our school: BHS Student Handbook and BHS Device Handbook.

Complete the Paperwork Agreement Form. A fee is also associated with the Device Agreement.
Technology Insurance Fee Pay ONLINE Link (No Convenience Fee) Payments will also be accepted during Open House if paying with cash or a check.
The student insurance fee is $50.00 per student $20.00 if the family fills out Free/Reduced forms whether they qualify or not. This improves our school's funding!

STEP 3:
Complete the Free/Reduced forms. Complete online or submit paper forms at Open House.

BACK TO SCHOOL OPEN HOUSE

Thursday, August 29th from 2:00-4:00 and/or 4:30-7:00 ~ Dinner will be provided from 5:00-6:30.

7th Grade Orientation: Thursday, August 29th from 4:00-4:45 in the BHS Auditorium

This is a great opportunity for our newest students to meet teachers, check out Chromebooks, tour the school, and ask questions.

Chromebook RollOut: BHS RM 100 at the times listed below. Paperwork and payment may be made online to save time! (This will also be available at orientation).
August 27th from 1:00-4:00
August 29th from 2:00-4:00 and 4:30-7:00

Schedules and Schedule Changes: (No appointment is necessary)
The online schedules will be released on August 16, 2024. Schedules may be viewed online and online change requests may also be made after this date. Schedule Change Request Form

In-person schedule changes: BHS Guidance Office at the following times:

Seniors: Friday, August 23rd from 10:00-2:00

Grades 9-11: Monday, August 26th from 12:00-3:30 or

Tuesday, August 27th from 8:30-11:00
