To enroll a new student please follow the steps below.
STEP 1:
Download and complete the Enrollment Forms below and submit via email to: cham@bagley.k12.mn.us

STEP 2:
Review 2 documents as a reminder of rules and procedures: BHS Student Handbook and BHS Device Handbook.
STEP 3:
Complete the Paperwork Agreement Form. A fee is associated with the Device Agreement.
Technology Insurance Fee Pay ONLINE Link (No Convenience Fee) Payments will also be accepted during Open House if paying with cash or a check.
The student insurance fee is $50.00 per student $20.00 if the family fills out Free/Reduced forms whether they qualify or not. Please fill out the paperwork as this improves our school's funding!
STEP 3:
Complete two Educational Benefits forms. (These forms also available at Open House!)
Free & Reduced Application: Can be completed online: Free and Reduced Application or Printed : Free and Reduced Application (pdf)
Complete the Confidentiality Form: Confidentiality Form (pdf) complete and turn in to BES Office.
BACK-TO-SCHOOL OPEN HOUSE
Thursday, August 28th from 2:00-4:00 and/or 4:30-7:00
7th Grade Orientation: Thursday, August 28th from 4:00-4:45 in the BHS Auditorium
This is a great opportunity for our newest students to meet teachers, check out Chromebooks, tour the school, and ask questions.
Chromebook RollOut: BHS RM 100 at the times listed below. Paperwork and payment may be made online to save time! (This will also be available at orientation).
Early Options: Monday, August 25th from 8:30-12:00 and Tuesday, August 26th from 12:30-3:30
During OPEN HOUSE: Thursday, August 28th from 1:30-4:00 and 4:30-7:00
In-person schedule changes: BHS Guidance Office at the following times:
Grades 9-12: Monday, August 25th from 8:30-12:00 or Tuesday, August 26th from 12:30-3:30
