After graduating from Badin High School many students move onto college, careers, and other opportunities. Even though these students have moved on and left Badin, the lessons learned have not been forgotten.
Badin graduate Emma Bucheit from class of 2022 said, “Something that stuck with me is that even though I’m no longer at Badin, as a Badin grad I know that the Badin staff wants to see me succeed and continues to support me.”
Emma is studying speech pathology and audiology at the University of Miami in Oxford. While at college Emma strives for success because she knows she has the support of Badin and its staff.
When asked what Badin taught him, Ryan Kraemer, from class of 2021, said, "Success is a matter of how much you want to work for it.”
Ryan is in his second year at Lindenwood University in Missouri studying marketing. He is successful in his studies because Badin taught him that he has to want to work for his goals.
Badin Graduate Sarah Graf from class of 2002 said, “Some things that I learned at Badin that I’ve taken with me through the years is the importance of a well rounded education, the values of having faith in my life, and the amazing friendships that I built and still continue to this day.”
Sarah is an intervention specialist at St. Joes. Sarah uses what she has learned from Badin to better herself so she can be the best teacher for her students.
These Badin graduates and more have moved onto other opportunities and they continue to use what they have learned from Badin to better themselves and those around them. Alumni may physically leave Badin, but what Alumni learn from Badin can stay with them forever.
