Now that 2020 is over, some Badin students are ready to achieve their New Year's resolutions.
The new year brings a chance to make goals and reinvent yourself however you want. This is what Eva Groh, a sophomore, wants to do.
“I want to be more productive with my time,” Groh said. “I’m either watching anime or shows and playing video games and I want to do something else.”
This is one way that resolutions are carried out. Jonathan Polido, a junior, had a much different resolution in mind. His goal is to get stronger and he’s already off to a great start.
“I started using CreateTime to do my New Years resolution,” Polido said.
While Polido’s goal is to gain more muscle, Olivia Blanton, a sophomore, wants to gain a better understanding of the arts.
“My New Year’s resolution is to experiment more with different forms of art,” Blanton said. “It’s my New Year’s resolution because I enjoy art and by trying new forms of art I will be able to improve as much as I can.”
All of these students' resolutions are formed to better each of them at something. With a little more than 345 days left in the year these students will have plenty of time to achieve these resolutions.
“I think I’ll accomplish it if I put my mind to it and keep at it I will,” Groh said.
