Everyone has a favorite song they can’t wait to play as soon as they get in the car or right when they get home. However there is also that one song you dread and can’t wait to either end or skip.

Students were asked what their favorite song is and what the worst song is. There were a lot of songs suggested but not many repeated. The most popular song genre was country and rap music. The country song “Sand in my boots” and “7 summers ago” by Morgan Wallen were the most popular.

As for the rap songs most of the songs suggested were sung by Juice wrld, Lil baby and Lil uzi vert. Some of the songs suggested for Juice wrld are “Come and Go” and “Lucid Dreams' ”. As for lil uzi vert the song choices were “Bigger Than Life'' and Money Longer”. Lil babys song “The Bigger Picture” was also the most popular.

Now there was a large agreement on what the worst song was with the Badin students. The new song, by Olivia Rodrigo, “Driver License” was considered the worst. Freshman Amber Buss said “It is just overly played.”

Many students agreed with it being over played or overly hyped. The second worst song was “Dance Monkey” by TONES and I. Most of the students agreed it was annoying and just like “Drivers License” it’s over played.
