Summer Lifting

• Summer lifting for incoming freshmen in any sport other than Football will be on Tuesday and Thursday morning from 11:15am-12pm beginning June 7. This is an introductory training group that all incoming freshmen need to be a part of before they can fully train with their teams. Updated weight room calendar can be found at: badinhs.org
