"Nate worked with us to find a new home in Lubbock, and even to be sure we wanted to move there. He is very knowledgable about Lubbock neighborhoods, answered all of our questions, showed us nieghborhoods and a variety of houses in each to narrow down where we were interested. As we narrowed down where we were interested, and the age and type of house we liked, he showed us everything available and we found a house we liked. I am an engineer and especially appreciated how well Nate understood our email communications on what we were looking for, and how well he researched to answer questions about the neighborhoods and houses we were interested in. He was a supurb negotiator, and facilitator for organizing everything related to closing--inspections, appraisals, etc. This is the fourth house I have bought, and Nate would rate #1 and his job was harder as I new less about the area than previous houses. He has a lot of videos about Lubbock and neighborhoods online, and this also helped us--especially in knowing where to start if if Lubbock would work for us. I would use him in the future for sure and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new home in Lubbock."
