Our Sports Crew are currently coming up with games and activities to play at break and lunch times. Miss Walton is running a sports club at lunch time on Tuesdays and Thursdays too.

Here are our Sportshall Athletics Champions of 2020.
4th in the District and 1st for Small Schools.
These Y5s competed in the District Cross Country event this week.
They all came in the top 20 and progressed to the next round.
Arthur came 7th and has made it to a further round in Loughborough.
We are all very proud of you.

Almost half of KS2 went to compete in the cross country event at Woodford Halse Academy School.
They all did really well and beat their PBs.
Arthur came 3rd in the Year 3/4 race and the Year 3/4 Girls came 2nd in the team event.
The following week the same team competed in the Daventry Cross Country event.
Year 3 - Ellie came 2nd, Maisie came 3rd and Sophia came 6th.
Year 4 - Arthur came 1st and Nathan came 6th.
Year 5 - George came 5th
Year 6 - Maddie came 9th
The swimming team won their competition with a huge score. Pretty impressive when three of the team are only in Year 4.
They go on to compete in the finals later in May.
The Year 4 Gymnastic team tumbled to success this term, winning the Daventry cluster competition and making it to the finals later this month (May)
Year 4 went to their first hockey competition yesterday and came an impressive 4th place.
They played really well as a team and were great sportspeople.
