Applicants must align their projects with the regional priorities in the Bay Region.
Per the 2021 State K12 SWP Audit Report each Regional Selection Committee is required to publish the Priorities and Process criteria for the review and selection of proposals, and the allocation of funds.
Vision 2030 aims to create an inclusive higher education system in California that provides equitable access and tailored supports for all learners to succeed in diverse pathways, with a focus on expanding early college credits, apprenticeships, and workforce development in key sectors like health, climate sustainability, STEM, and education. It is not mandatory, rather encouraged to align with Vision 2030.

The BACCC is hosting a three-part webinar series to help applicants develop strong, collaborative grant proposals, with each session offered twice for scheduling flexibility. Topics include building large district/consortium grants, strengthening K14 community college partnerships, and expanding K12 collaborations with industry, labor, and philanthropy. One registration provides access to all workshops, using the same Zoom link throughout.
