The Crisis Department offers a 24/7 Crisis Hotline (1-877-333-2470), Walk-in hours (no appointment is necessary), and 24/7 mobile crisis services.

Youth Crisis Walk-in Weekend

Every Sunday from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. you can come in and speak with a crisis worker about whatever crisis you may be experiencing. Common topics include school issues, family, bullying, LGBTQI, drug/alcohol addiction, anxiety, and depression.

IMPORTANT: Services provided are not intended for long-term psychotherapy. The Crisis Hotline does not dispense any advice and is not intended as a relationship advice contact. The Open Door Crisis Hotline is unable to respond to any e-mail or fax crisis services – please call or walk-in. Be aware confidentiality will be broken when an individual is in need of immediate medical assistance in harming themselves or others and emergency response services (911) will be contacted when the need for medical assistance is necessary.
