What is expected in this role:
Manage customer claims and returns for both B2B and B2C customers.
Provide technical support to evaluate warranties and process exchanges.
Assist in fulfilling purchase exchanges for customers.
Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring all steps and timelines of claims.
Tasks are primarily written, so well-developed written communication skills are essential.
Be solution-oriented and proactive in problem-solving.
What are we looking for (knowledge, skills and abilities):
Fluency in Portuguese and English (mandatory);
Fluency in French (is a plus);
Strong customer orientation;
Planning and organization skills;
Domain of computer tools.
