1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Budget & Spending Tracker app (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). These Terms are a legal agreement between you and AZTTY LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the developer and publisher of the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of the App

Budget & Spending Tracker is a simple spending tracker and budget planner designed to help you manage your personal finances. All data entered into the App is stored locally on your device and is not collected, stored, or processed by us.

3. License to Use

• Grant of License: AZTTY LLC grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

• Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer the App, or use it for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

4. User Responsibilities

• Device Security: You are responsible for securing your device and any data you enter into the App. We recommend using a passcode or biometric authentication to protect your information.

• Data Backup: As all data is stored locally, you are responsible for backing up your device to prevent data loss. AZTTY LLC is not liable for any loss of data.

5. No Data Collection

• We do not collect, store, or process any personal data, usage data, or device information.

• No advertisements or third-party SDKs are included in the App.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, and content, is owned by AZTTY LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

• The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

• We do not guarantee the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or compatible with all devices.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AZTTY LLC shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from or related to your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

9. Termination

• We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at our discretion, without notice, for any violation of these Terms.

• Upon termination, you must cease using the App and delete it from your device.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted within the App, and the “Last Updated” date below will be revised. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
