This year there will be two forums: one before the Annual Conference and one after. Before the Annual Conference The E-Resources Forum focuses on E-Resources product demonstrations. After AzLA Annual, The School Library Forum will focus on topics important to teachers and school librarians. Registration for both events is free with the purchase of a half or full conference. The AzLA E-Resources Special Interest Group is excited to offer the 2019 Vendor Forum in conjunction with the AzLA Annual Conference on Wednesday November 6 at the Joel D. Valdez Main Library (101 N Stone Ave. Tucson, AZ) in downtown Tucson.
The Forum lasts from 8:00am to 5:00pm on Wednesday, November 6th, and includes demonstrations led by major E-Resource providers including Ebsco, Gale, Niche Academy, and Sage and affords members an opportunity to speak one-on-one with these providers.

School Librarian and Educator Forum will also be held in conjunction with the AzLA Annual Conference on Saturday November 9th, at the Flowing Wells Library (1730 W. Wetmore Rd.) in Tucson from 8:30am to 2:00pm. This features presentations most meaningful to elementary and secondary education information specialists.
