With a Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona Law (on full scholarship) and a diverse scientific background including Tsinghua University, Mr. Zhong brings unique analytical depth to his practice. He has extensive experience from top law firms, successfully representing over 200 clients, and is recognized for his deep understanding of car insurance and for securing significant settlements, including a notable $550,000 car accident compensation. Honored as a "Super Lawyers Rising Star" in 2025 and 2026, he is a zealous advocate dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for his clients.
Frank (Yufei) Jiang
Manager & Paralegal Assistant
Frank Jiang brings a unique blend of scientific rigor and client relations expertise. Holding a Ph.D. in Immunology from Peking University Health Science Center and with over ten years of research experience at Princeton and NIH, he possesses strong analytical skills. His subsequent decade in biotechnology sales honed his ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Frank is dedicated to client needs, actively seeking solutions, and is deeply involved in community service, currently serving as Secretary-General of the Society of Chinese Biologists in America (D.C. Area) and a board member of the Peking University Alumni Association of Greater Washington D.C.

Yang Xu graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University, where she majored in Political Science. She later earned her Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the George Washington University Law School, one of the nation’s leading law schools. She received substantial merit-based scholarships during both her undergraduate and law school studies. Yang currently serves as a Law Clerk at our firm, where she focuses on assisting attorneys and clients in gathering and developing the factual evidence essential to protecting clients’ rights and pursuing their claims.Yang brings a meticulous and practical approach to her work. As a bilingual Chinese-English legal professional, she has a particular understanding of the language and information barriers that Chinese-speaking clients may encounter when pursuing accident and injury claims in the United States.
