Alexander Zhong is a skilled attorney licensed in Maryland and DC, specializing in personal injury claims and criminal defense for Chinese-speaking clients. With a Juris Doctor from the University of Arizona Law (on full scholarship) and a diverse scientific background including Tsinghua University, Mr. Zhong brings unique analytical depth to his practice. He has extensive experience from top law firms, successfully representing over 200 clients, and is recognized for his deep understanding of car insurance and for securing significant settlements, including a notable $1,600,000 wrongful death claim and a $550,000 personal injury claim. Honored as a "Super Lawyers Rising Star" in 2025 and 2026, he is a zealous advocate dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for his clients.
Frank (Yufei) Jiang
Manager & Paralegal Assistant
Frank Jiang brings a unique blend of scientific rigor and client relations expertise. Holding a Ph.D. in Immunology from Peking University Health Science Center and with over ten years of research experience at Princeton and NIH, he possesses strong analytical skills. His subsequent decade in biotechnology sales honed his ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Frank is dedicated to meeting clients’ needs and actively seeks effective solutions. He is also deeply involved in community service. He previously served as President of the Peking University Alumni Association of Greater Washington, D.C., and currently serves as Secretary-General of the Society of Chinese Biologists in America (D.C. Area) and as a board member of the Peking University Alumni Association of Greater Washington, D.C.
Aubrey (Fan) Yang
Law Clerk

Cora (Meng) Gao
Paralegal Assistant
Cora Gao holds an MS in Finance from Johns Hopkins University, where she received the Dean’s Scholarship, and a BSc in Financial Mathematics with First Class Honours from Hong Kong Baptist University. Her training covers financial analysis, insurance pricing, and risk management. As a Paralegal Assistant at Alexander Zhong Law Firm, she supports attorneys in personal injury and insurance claims through case analysis, case management, and client communication. She applies risk assessment principles to analyze information, working with clients, insurance representatives, and medical providers throughout the claims process. With attention to detail and cross-cultural communication skills, Cora helps attorneys advance cases and protect clients’ rights through client-centered service.
